Anxiety Group for Women
If you are a woman struggling with anxiety, I encourage you to consider joining the Self-Care Mondays support group. It is a great way to learn new skills, connect with others, and build a supportive community.
This weekly support group provides women with anxiety a safe and supportive space to learn and practice Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques for managing anxiety and stress. Each week, the group will focus on a different MCBT technique.
Note: Groups are a place for connection, information and healing but are not meant to be a replacement for medical care, psychiatric or psychotherapy. Please consult with your provider, care team or therapist for treatment needs.

CBT for Anxiety- A self impovement course : This 8-week group is based on Mindfulness Cognitive Behavior Therapy (MCBT), work with a therapist to Get to the root of your anxiety and quickly implement life changing results.
4 week CBT-I COURSE: CBT-I stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. It is a type of therapy that helps people with insomnia learn how to improve their sleep habits and break the negative thought patterns that contribute to their sleep problems.
